Please,I made an application for Tier 1 Entrepreneur (switched from PSW to tier 1 Entrepreneur) in February 28th 2013, (Tier 1 expired 1st week in March.)
My application has been refused and I am appealing.(Appeal sent in June 2013.)
Please I need advice on what to do next, I am still waiting to get a date of hearing in court, but would like to switch catergory where possible to a spouse visa.
How can I get married please?
Can My partner go to my home country and get married to me in my absence and then I can make application for the spouse visa and withdraw my appeal.
