Post by samz98 » Tue Aug 27, 2013 1:52 pm

Hi All, Thanks to all i found this forum v informative:

I need advise from seniors because I really want to get supportive documents ready for my appeal which is after two months, Is it necessary to show business transactions as i don't have business account and cant open an account due to id,i am currently providing services to one another client and receiving payments in my current account but i have not started work with the client whom contract i have sent to the HO? What else i can show in court to prove myself as genuine enterprenuer still have money in my account from previous nine months.

Reason for refusal: Contract wasn't signed by both parties

Thanks in Advance for everyone and please pray for me :(
