got £3500 for maintainance in cash card accound in barclays uk but someone says that cash card account is not ok for maintainance.
Is that trrue??
200k cat and applying out of country.

Someone? Can you be more specific? Was that a knowledgeable person whose information on immigration matters is something you can trust? If you ask,say, your hairdresser for immigration advice you may not get the right answer.

I think that was one of the agent who deals with immigration but I still have a doubt on his statement.

Looking at the Barclays card account information (purely for the purposes of getting relevant information) I can't see why such an account would not be acceptable.
