How can i bring my wife in uk??? plzz help

Good Evening,
i am on tier 1 general visa and got marriage 2 years back my wife is now pregnant of 5 months and i want to bring her here in uk could you plz guide me which forms and documents i need to submit???
if possible could you plz post the links of the application form
i shall be thankful to you
