PBS dependant - absence requirement

Hi, I am on Dependent visa Tier 1 General . I arrived UK at September 2011. our ILR due is March 2015. I am flying to home country frequently. how many days I should stay in UK. Is there any rules.. In my knowledge 2 years I should stay . but my question is over all 2 years above period or last 2 years before ILR.

If I fly to my home country frequently any problem to my ILR . because I have company in my home country. so some times I am fly Frequently (every three months) stay two months and back . or no problem for dependents.


my second question is I passed Diploma engineering in India English medium and Degree in Telugu medium.
12 years working as a Engineer.

I should pass English test also or only life in UK test applying of ILR

I hear some rules are changing who apply after oct 2013
