sponsoring spouse visa from Pakistan

Post by usmanmsa1 » Tue Aug 27, 2013 10:06 pm

Hi,

I have indefinite leave to remain visa and living in uk and after marriage wish to sponsor my wife from Pakistan.

What documents will be required for it? Is IELTs compulsory.

Also how long the whole process takes place.

Will the original documents be ok or does the documents needs to be attested to? if so where does it needs to be attested from?

Thanks,

Amber

What sponsor documents are required to apply for visa for wife in Pakistan when husband is on indefinite leave to remain visa in uk.

Also for documents such as passport or property documents for which husband will not be sending original documents does he need to get the photocopies certified? If so, does it needs to be certified from uk or Pakistan?

Thanks,

Sending no chat history is going to be a problem I'm afraid ...
They would like to see how you've kept in touch especially if it's been a period more than 3 months away from each other.

With bills it doesn't really matter really as long as you sent a copy of the title deeds since its in your parents name then there shouldn't be an issue

HI Sajjad hope you doing well I read your post on speaking other mates I found it out these days the ask for chat history to make sure that the relationship is real and and bonded long but its the discretion of the person if he finds it other documents relevant they might let it go finger cross otherwise they might ask you for further documents I believe you will be fine.
I am going to apply for my wife as well very shortly if you have heard anything from UKBA do let me know please.

Thank you

Jay
