visa for spouse from india

Hi,
I have recently got ILR, earlier I had work permit then Tier 2 ICT. My wife is in India now, she was here before for two years.
Currently her dependent Tier 2 visa is expired. She is going to apply for dependent ILR from India in Oct-2013.

I am confused whether she will get
1. ILR straight away as she has made an application (dependent ILR before 08 July 2012) or
2. Initially only for 2.5 years as per new rules.

Can somebody please kindly let me know what would be the outcome?

I have referred to the below link but it doesn't specify whether the rules prior to 08 July 2012 even when the current visa is expired.

Thanks for the reply.

Initially I had work permit when extended got Tier-2 ICT (Points Based System). Spent 5 years in these categories in UK now got the ILR
