Hello All,

Please help me out.

I am having tier2 (ICT) UK visa issued on 15th OCT 2012 and will expire on 14th OCT 2013.I have not traveled to UK so far.

Now my employer is ready to send me to UK.I have three Question.

1. Is it possible to extend it after I travel to UK, as I am left with only 1 and half month validity?
2. Shall I wait till visa expiry (i.e. 14th OCT 2013) and then reapply for Tier2 ICT (Short term)visa. Will cooling period of 12 months apply in my case as I haven’t traveled?
3. Can I apply for a fresh Tier 2 ICT Short term visa with my existing Tier 2 ICT Short term visa form same employer?
