Urgent CoS question

Dear All,

My employer has selected me and later on they advertised this position for 28 days in two location ( their career website and job center plus). After 28 days I understand that they got more than 10 applications and some of them were from UK. Now my employer is planning to apply for CoS and they claim that they are going to give evidences that why I possess special knowledge and it is very rare to find this knowledge.

I have following questions.

a) What are my chances to get CoS ?
b) What are my chances to get visa after I get my CoS?
c) Can I make this case strong by providing additional documents? If yes please let me know which ones.
