Queries regarding MN1 for my child

Hi,

I have a query about filling up the form MN1 for my daughter.
A quick overview.
My daughter was born in November 2009 and i was on Tier 1 visa at that time. So i applied as a dependant for her visa at that time. I got ILR in Feb 2013 and her visa ran out in april.

I want to now apply for her Nationality as now i am on ILR.

1) i dont know what to write in Section 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3.

2) she was born in London and we have been on holidays couple of times for 3 weeks. do i still have to fill Section 2.2 and 2.3?

3) do i have to fill Section 3?

The child has entitlement to register as British by virtue of section 1(3) BNA.

Section 3 is N/A. Use the Nationality Checking Service they'll check the form. See also Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting (click)

Thank you very much for your answers.

I cannot go via NCS as my council doesnt have any appointments for next 3 weeks. I will be sending the application directly to HO.

I need to apply asap as i have to go backhome as soon as her Nationality and passport is sorted.
