hi guys;

i want to apply with my wife for EEA3 and EEA2 at the same time, some of friends told us you can send both applications and document on the same enveloppe (which make me a bit confuse if this information is true or not) please need some advice for this possibility.

this is what we prepared for my wife to get RC using EEA2:
- her passport + my ID
- Bank statement (joint account)
- letter from her university + attendance letter
- Utility Bill on our names
- my business bank statment (last 6 months)
- Company registration's letter (opened since 6 months)
- last 4 months Invoices + reciept
- HR revenue letter shown i don't pay Tax till next year
- pictures
- Marriage certificate

for Me EEA3:
- add to the previews document , last 5 years P60s as i was an employee
- Utility Bills for last 5 years
- 4 payslip for each year (last 5 years)
- Tenancy agreement for the last 4 years (tenancy agreement still on my name till now should i add my wife on it before i apply or not?)
- old contract of employment
- some P45 (i change the employer 2 times during 5 years)

an other question on my head :
we are worry if i apply on the same time with her and get my permanent residence so that will make the rule of minimum wage (financial requirement 18.6 k) will be apply on our case as i will be as a person settled in UK or not?....

many thanks for your advice and for your helps

Not sure what your application had to do with self-employed applications?
