UK Spouse visa

Post by shah183 » Wed Aug 28, 2013 10:29 am

my question i overstayed in UK for 82 days n came back to Pakistan on my own expense voluntarily 14 months before. and now am married to a UK citizen n i need to apply for spouse visa. my questions is wil this much overstaying effect my application? wil i get get a straight away refusal and how many chances are there for application to go on appeal? (or i am exempt from dis much overstaying? coz it's less than 90 days n it was 14 months before and now i am applying to live as family member of UK citizen)
thannks and regards,
