New KOL Requirement & Assessment from NARIC UK

Hi

Its regarding New KOL requirement about spouse. By my earlier posts and seniors and Gurus replies I know that if Point based calculator gives 10 points then it means it (degree) is acceptable by UKBA, I will print that page of page where point based calculator gives 10 points, but in addition to that as because of huge money and hassle involved so if for peace of mind I assess my wife's degree by NARIC which of these option should I choose

Option A

Statement of Comparability

OR

Option B

English Language assessment

I just want to make sure that I select the right option because every option has additional fee.

so in nutshell what I have for my spouse is

1- Degree (Masters in English from abroad)
2- Letter from Institute that it was taught in English.
