Just want to know that i am doing MBA in the University here in the UK and i want to apply visa for my wife as well at the moment she is in Pakistan so anyone please guide what kind of documents we are require for that and one more thing i was trying to find Tier 4 dependent visa application form out side the UK but i could not find it if anyone knows about this please send link to me ...

Hi everyone,
I need an urgent attention please from you guys, actually i applied visa for my wife as tier 4 general dependent she in pakistan she applied on 2 oct 2013 and she got an email on 8 oct 2013 that your passport and other documents are ready for collection and she got refusal just on basis of that there is no any evidence from last year that you and your wife is in contact i did marry last year now we have got 28 days for appeal and i am sure it will be sort it out when i will give them proofs but a thing is that i dont want to waste any more time on appeal and that stuff please suggest that i can put a new application with skype and viber call records these proof will be enough to prove that we have been contacted with each other and i am able to put fresh application is there any legal restriction on it? please guys guide me..

reapplying with all available evidence including chat, text or phone records & photographs is advisable. Just put everything you have with your new application. Hope this helps
