Changing education provider when there is appeal

Hi
My Tier 4 visa refused and First tier tribunal allow my appeal.But UKBA appeal to the upper tribunal. My question is now I want to change my education provider is it possible change education provider under this circumstance.Please reply me I have only limited time.
