New sponsor - clarification needed

Post by tagb2005uk » Thu Aug 29, 2013 11:22 am

Hi all,

First of all thanks to all the members who help others out especially BatleyKhan.. Thanks Brother - hope your doing well.

Can someone with knwoeldge please clarify - this is just paranoia on my part but still its would be nice to know.

I have been reading on the immgration rules and it mentions that 10 year ban. But ive also read they dont apply to spouse visa and the conditoon 320 (11) can apply.

Howeever if like me, i am sponsoring my wife for the first time, she has never had any immigration history beforem no criminal offenses, never travelled oustide her country.. does this mean the UKBA cannot appply the 10 year ban if by chance there is a "fradulent" document or bad information..

Just to be clear, you have to be an absolute idiot to do that and im definately not going to, but i wanted to easemy mind just in case.

So the q is, this is first application for uk spousal visa, no prior bad immigration or any aggrvations, if by dumb luck, bad interpretations by the ECO the application is suspected of being suspect, is my understanding that the 10 year CANNOT apply true, and that even if it refused, she can re-apply again, paying the fee etc.

Thanks to all.

Don't supply fraudulent documents, that's the best advice you can get.

I agree 100%, but my point is ive heard case where genuine documents have been mistaken for frdulent ones etc, or accidental bad information construed as misleading etc.

Like i said. anyone using bad documents deserves to be banned..
Just wanted the rules clarifying..
