Sounds complicated i know!So in september i again move country with my Ukranian girlfriend, we move to Spain having previously lived in Poland for a year as she will study her second year of her erasmus program there.
So, im wondering how i go about bringing her to england for 2-3 weeks over christmas, she will have a Polish visa and registration in Spain and i would really like her to come and spend time here with my family, so is this possible without her having to go back to Ukraine to apply for visas?
If it is possible what documents will she need and how long will it take? She will obviously be living with me at my parents house so will we need to send her an invitation?
