Re-entry into UK on a valid PSW visa

Hello all,

Had a query from a friend. He's got a valid PSW visa from April 2012 up to May 2014.

But he' left the country as he got a job in the Middle East in July 2012. Now he intends to come to UK for 2 weeks Christmas holidays in Dec 2013.

Would there be any issue when he re-enters the UK and is there any additional documentation he has to carry along?

Appreciate some advice .

His intention on arrival must be to seek work in the UK rather than visit for Christmas. If he cites the latter then he is not using the visa for its intended purpose.
