PEO appointment

Post by hellomigrant » Thu Aug 29, 2013 3:21 pm

Hi Uk migrants

After going through the posts in this forum i got a lot of correct information with regards to Uk visa applications. I have been on this forum long time ago when i first applied my Tier 1 general visa from INDIA. I am again in need of expert advises from you all.

My query:

I have been on tier 1 general visa since last 5 years and i am due to apply for my indefinate leave to remain this october. My case is pretty much straight forward but i got a question about booking in person appointments at one of the PEO's.

As i am married now and my wife joined me this june on tier1 dependent visa valid till the same date as my Tier 1 General visa is expiring this novermber, its obvious that she hasnt been in to the country to quality for ILR so i have to apply for PBS dependent visa to extend her stay while i will be applying for ILR.

Having explained the situation now, i wanted to book an appointment for both of the application (my ILR+Tier 1 dependent for my wife) in person at PEO , do i need to take 2 different appointments or will that SET (0) with 1 dependent ?

Please direct me in the right direction of how to book appoinment in this case?

Thanks
