Hi!
I was refused as a student by the uk border agency under paragraph 320 7a. I am pretty sure everybody knows what follows with this 7b and all that.

My question to you guyz is that can I apply as a tier 4 dependant since my spouse is already in the uk studying or will i be refused under 320 7b?
Please advice this is urgent.[/list]
