Referee - Immigration Advisor

Post by pash » Fri Aug 30, 2013 9:18 pm

Dear Respected Members,

I appreciate this Forum and their member, which i found very useful and informative, Good Job Moderator.

Please suggest me either IMMIGRATION ADVISER, (Registered with OICS) will be valid for Referee purpose or not ? As i have been told by him that, it should be alright but i am in doubt.

Pash :D

A barrister is an accepted referee. Make sure this guy is qualified. Also he should not be representing you in any way.

Although not in the list, an OISC regulated advisor should be regarded as a professional.
