Urgent query on salary for peo appoinment please

Guys,

I am a part qualified ACCA

My company is planning to sponsor me as a Management Accountant ( soc 2421) with a salary of c£22k , i did a search and came to know that average salary in London in this position is about 32k.

Obviviously since i am switching from psw, i am eligible to apply as a new entrant with a minimum salary of £20300.

My question is do you think the massive difference between my actual salary and the average salary in the market can be qustioned by case worker?

My company is allocating a cos on Tuesday and I am thinking of going to PEO, so I would appreciate your help asap please
