Eea citizen to exercise treaty rights in Ireland.

Post by evsa » Sat Aug 31, 2013 8:41 pm

Aim looking to go to Ireland. As an eea citizen do I need to get a residence card or is that not necessary. Does it help to get the rc.

Thanks in advance for continued support of the forum.

No need for are residence card. You can just come to Ireland and work or study. Note the if you are not working or studying, your right to reside in Ireland might expire after 3 months.
