PSW to Tier 2 and Tier 2 to Tier 2 Do i need RLMT ?

Hi Guyz,
I need your help please to clarify a situation. I entered in UK on student Visa and obtained a Master Degree from UK's University. I switched from Tier 4 to PSW visa and found a job. My current employer sponsored me to switch my visa from PSW to Tier 2 and at that time they didn't conduct the RLMT. Now, I have found another job and my new employer is ready to sponsor me. I am confused whether they need to conduct a RLMT or I can still claim exemption from it .
