question about tax office (field 3.5 in form AN)

Post by yucca » Sun Sep 01, 2013 8:10 pm

Hi,

I am a regular employee and I pay my income tax though PAYE.

Do I still need to fill in fields 3.1- 3.5?

Is the tax office (field 3.5) my or my employer's tax office? Where can I find it (it is not on my payslip)

Thanks!

Your Tax office

you can find it easily. As you say you are in regular employment, look for the last correspondence that came from HMRC . They send one annually explaining what is your code. Just fill out the details of the po box and stuff from there.
cheers

You can also ask anyone in your HR or Payroll team. They should be able to confirm this for you
