1. Could I use my joint account with my wife without signing declaration in front of solicitor?

2. Please add any document if I have missed?:

Bank statement ( 200K + Maintenance)
Bank Letter ( 200K + Maintenance )

Up to date application form
Business Plan
Market Research

yes you can apply, but you need two letters,
one from your wife that you can use that money for business and money is disposable in UK.

If the cash is abroad, do we need letter that bank is fsa regulated ?

and Money disposable in the uk, does this letter should be from bank or from third party afidavate. ?

My solicitor says that you don't need letter from your wife as you are the main account holder she is just a slippery partner ( Joint account holder)

Solicitor says you only need those letters if you don't have a joint account.

Could somebody confirm please. I am seriously confuse?
