Post by komalk42001 » Sun Sep 01, 2013 11:42 pm

Hi,

I would be applying for ILR based on 5 years but my daughter was born on 1st January 2013 india and she came to UK for first time in April 2013 on Tier 1 dependant visa, so will she be eligiable for ILR visa on my application? Please advise?

As I have only completed 4 years 10 months in UK but based on 90days rule I will be applying for ILR so questions D1 did you leagallly completed 5 years should I say yes or no? please advise?

Thanks.

If the requirements of 297 or 319J are satisfied then, then child may apply for ILR. Else, child may extend under 319H.
