Hi I am a Pakistani passport holder came into UK in 2996 and married to Latvian citizen in may 2008 and got the visa in may 2009 for 5 year but my solicited told me that if my wide work in the uk for 5 year with no break so you can apply for permanent residence earlier so I applied for permanent residence in 2013 and got the visa for 10 year in June this year so please kindly help me when I can apply for the British citizenship and also can I claim any benefits I.e housing or jsa will wait for your kind reply
