Hi,

I have some more queries for applying ILR. Can you please help?

1. Which documents can be shown as a proof that I have been staying in UK from 5 years, as I believe this is required for ILR.

2. My passport on which I had entered UK has been stolen, but I have police report and photo copy of stamped old passport. Do I need anything else? Unfortunately I do not have copies of UKBA stamped pages (Old Passport), where I was out of UK (on holidays/business travel). So what can be done for all this please?

3. For Cohabitation with my spouse, can I show Bank Statement (which has got both of our names and address)?
