We have applied for sponsor licence and we did received the post mail today

, unfortunately the manager on vacation.
can anyone tell what should be in the post,

I need to open it but I can't it's not my post

If you have received the post on 2 Sep and you do not see your company in the register list by the 3rd, unfortunately this may mean, ukba has rejected your application.

It could be that the documents are not all in order...

it's been refused due un authenticated document, with no right to appeal

Without having to have a right of appeal does not matter when it comes to company sponsor licence. All your employer have to do is get the documents right and apply again, they will also get refund for the previous application. So nothing to lose...

Whether or not a refund is given depends on whether the application was 'refused' or 'rejected'. Only the latter will mean a refund. The decision letter should cover this.
