Family visitor -parents

I hold the ILR with family in the UK.

I am going to invite my parents(father+mother) on my weeding ceremony.


1) FAMILY VISITOR (VAF1B DECEMBER 2012) - Is this the latest form?
2) Can I donwload the form from the net. Or Do I need to go to VFS center and collect the form to fill up?
3) Do we need need to fill up 2 forms for 2 person- 1 for mother, 1 for father? or 1 form will be ok?

These is a section in VAF1B form which says:

How long do you want your visa to be valid for? Put a cross (x) in the relevant box:
6 months 1 year 2 years 5 years 10 years

If I say 1 year instead of 6 months, does it affect dicision of case worker?
