Change of name in visa

I am in the UK on my Tier-1 Dependent Visa.
My Passport and visa are on my Previous surname.
After I come to UK, I have changed my surname everywhere ex: utility bills, bank accounts, licence except visa and passport.
I have an Indian Passport. Now I would like to apply for reissue of passport with my new surname., But how about my visa. do I need to change it immediately? or Can I change it during extension? my extension will be in August 2014.

Ideally you should change it ASAP once you receive your new passport.
Change of circumstances form can be used if you have BRP...

Well My visa is not BRP. Its a stamp in my passport.
I did not find anywhere in ukba website to change the visa stamp.
