Grand Parents details in passport application

Post by adilshahzaman » Mon Sep 02, 2013 7:17 pm

hello everyone

I've got a bit stuck with my passport application currently being naturalized... I was trying to fill in the application form online and the bit where it asks about Maternal and Paternal grand parent's details, I have asked my parents to provide me with their full names and D.O.Births but the problem is that one or two of my grand parents haven't got any official documents which says their date of birth and the one's who's had their passports or ID cards only had year of birth rather than full date of birth written on it...
My question is how important are my grand parents Date of births if I can't provide them on my application... will it have any negative effect on my application ?

Regards

Adil Shah
