Maintenance requirement

Post by sheraz_aries » Mon Sep 02, 2013 10:00 pm

Hi,
I would be applying for ILR along with one dependant. Is there any maintenance requirement and how much?

There is no maintenance requirement for ILR but showing good saving makes your case stronger that you can manage for sometime without recourse to public fund in case of contingency .

For the sake of clarifying what might be understood by others as something relevant and necessary, when it is not:

Just because you added money to your account does not mean it actually affected or bolstered the decision.
Just because you applied in Solihull does not mean it actually affected or bolstered the decision.
