LIUK test and B1 test: C O N F U S E D !

Hi all...I passed my Life in the Uk test last year ( 2012) and due to apply for IELR in Jan 14.

Quick question: Do have to do this B1 test ( new thing coming on 29th oct 2013) ? I am getting all sorts of contradictory response from all sides!

Guidelines on this is due to be published by home office.. any idea about probable time for this guidelines??
