Psw Dependent To Tier 4 Student

Hello
I want to make a query about switching my Tier-1 PSW dependent visa to Tier-4 Student Visa. My first question is can I able to apply the visa within UK or Do I need to go back to my country? As first I came to UK in Apr 2007 as Student, and then I changed to student Dependent Visa. Now, I want to study in an University or a College. My previous immigration history as follows:

Apr 2007 – Nov 2009: Student Visa for City&Guilds NVQ Level 3 Diploma Course
Dec 2009 – Sep 2010: Tier-4 General Student for Microsoft Certified System Administrator Course
Sep 2010 – Jul 2011: Limited Leave to Remain (Student Dependent)
Nov 2011 – Nov 2013: PBS Dependent Leave to Remain (Tier-1 PSW Dependent)
