Applying for tier 2 general from outside UK, does dependent

Post by Atlasshruggedinuk » Tue Sep 03, 2013 6:26 am

Hi,
I will be applying online for a tier 2 general from outside UK(from USA)and had some questions:
a) do I include my spouse and child in the same application or I will have to fill up separate applications for them?
B) I have maintenance funds for all 3 of us in my bank, do I only need bank statements or also a letter from the bank?
Thanks!

Seperate and individual application forms and fees but bundle everything together when you ship it. One statement from a regulated bank is fine (there is no need for letter) and so is one set of original evidence even when it is to be used for several applications (if they are bundled), but provide a set of copies for each application per the stated guidelines
