Eligibility to apply for ILR on a ICT Tier 2 Visa

Hello,

I have been working in the UK on a ICT Tier 2 Visa from 20 Aug 2010 till date. I would like to know if I am eligible to apply for an ILR on completion of 5 years i.e 20 Aug 2015 ..

I have gone on a Holiday twice for a period of 20 days to 30 days during this time .

No. See the sticky at the top of this page.

You would need to apply for a Tier 2 General with a new sponsor. Your clock for ILR would start when you are issued a Tier 2 General visa.
