ILR set (m) success at croydon PEO

Post by lovely22 » Tue Sep 03, 2013 7:26 pm

Hi all,

I have made ILR set (m) premium application today which was successfull,so I thought to share it here.

I was granted FLR(m) in 2011 SEPT.My husband hold EEA permanent resident card.

FLR(m) expiry :14-09-2013

SET (M) : 03-09-2013
My appoinment was at 8:40am,I went in together with my husband 8.00am for security checks.

A lady checks our fees and the application type we are making.
Went straight to the cafeteria and waited for number to be called.
Approximately 8.30 I made payment.( I booked before 18/08/2013).

8.40am called for case registration where an officer check that we have the correct visa type.He got confuse initially as my husband visa is permanent residence card which states renewable date for year 2021(He was sponsored by his EEA sister in 2005).The officer clarified with other officer before registering my case.

8:50am Biometrics done

9:30am Awaiting collection
9:40 am ILR approved

Currently awaiting BRP .

List of documents included:
passport old and new x3(me and my husband)
myself
Payslip x3
corresponding bank statement x3 (my bank statement was overdrawn in between however the end balance is alright)
current tenancy agreement( which I got only copy so I included landlord letter )
Life in the uk test certificate
marriage certificate
Husband
payslip x3
corresponding bank x 3 ( this is joint account with me)

Address
current address joint bills x 3

previous address got no joint statement where tenancy agreement included council tax, water and sewerage so I included:
P60 x2
Poll card x 2
NHS registration card x1
bank statement x3
Key electricity meter bill x1
and letter explaning that I was unable to provide some statement as the tenancy agreement included this.

Early morning application decision are made quickly however later arrival have to wait longer so probably early appoinment might be the best.
Good luck to everyone.
