Switching Tier 4 To Tier 2

Hi,
I am on Tier 4 visa which expires 27 Sept 2013, I have completed my MBA recently and just waiting for my final marking. I am expecting the result by mid Oct 2013. My query is will I be able to make a Tier 2 application based on completion letter from my institution. I have managed to get a sponsor willing to issue a COS.
Also I would like to do a M Phil course to enhance my MBA, my employer is willing to support me for that, but I have been studying on Level 6&7 for a total of 7 Yrs on old student visa and on the Tier 4 System.
Please could anyone guide me on the technicalities. I would appreciate your response.
