Tier 1 general dependent visa from pakistan

Hello
I am applying my wife's dependent visa from pakistan..I m currently on Tier 1 general visa...I m self employed...
1 Do i need to give last 6 months banks statements or i just need to give last 3 months bank statements???
2 I have got tanacy agreement on my name do i need to provide the concil tax bill as well??
If some one could help me in that please because some one told me today that i have to give last 6 months statements..I m quite confused in that..

2. Not necessary (meaning both the tenancy agreement or the CT bill)
