revocation of a deportation order

Hi everyone

My boyfriend was deported from the UK September 2003 to Jamaica, with a criminal conviction that he served 21 months in the UK, however as 10 years has passed I assumed that he can now apply for his deportation order to be revoked.


Please can anyone give me advice to how this would now affect any decision made to revoke the deportation order.
