SET M Help

Hello Everyone,

I had sent ILR form SET (M) for my wife last month. I have recieved a letter from the Home Office stating that the application has become invalid because I have missed filling in section 9.3, they have also sent my photocopy of the application form. I dont understand what to do now. Do I need to fill in a new application form and pay the fees again and send it? or do I just fill in the missed section and send the photocopy they have sent? I am really confused can someone please help me I would really be grateful.
