Post by nafeesakhtar » Wed Sep 04, 2013 12:51 pm

One of my friend have successful leave to remain as Tier 1 Enterpreneur .He was on PSW visa and showed 50 k.

Does he need to create 2 job for settled person??
I was reading Guideline it say he must create 2 job which shud at least for 12 month so it means he can create 2 jobs in the last year of his leave

Does he need to show that he has actually invested 50 k??

help plzzz

He will know as he made the application. Or are you asking on his behalf because he does not know? If he did not know the conditions of the application perhaps he should not have applied. He should read the guidance or make relevant enquiries for himself, rather than asking you to mooch for tips from anonymous posters on a forum.

The only genuine help is to read the guidance for the conditions of his stay.
