Are processing times longer in August?

I applied for my Tier 2 on August 13, they received my documents August 14. I paid for priority service. I don't have a visa yet. Statistics in past months show that about 96% of people have their visas by now. I called world bridge and they said this isn't excessive delay, even though they're the ones taking $150 for priority service.

Is anyone else experiencing a delay recently? There's no update on the website that says that there are delays, but I'm getting worried!
