3year flr m visa is about to expire what form to fill??

My Partner who was over stay in past and was given in September 2010 discretionary limited leave to remain visa for three years I have notice her visa was issued by form FLR(M), We have 3 children we are all British citizen except her, Now 3year FLR(M) visa is about to expire what form do she have to fill.

FLR(O) for an extension of DLR. After this extension (another 3 years) s(he'll) be able to settle. S(he) should be able to claim public funds if necessary.
