Questions AFTER getting the UK T1 entrep visa?

Post by mikilol » Thu Sep 05, 2013 11:29 am

I have got UK T1 200k entrep visa (got it abroad). I have seen many guedances but in order to secure further extensin of visa (after 3years) I have some questions
Here are questions:
1. How many days may I be out of the UK (90days or 180 days per year)?
2. Investing money, Shall I transfer 200k to UK during first 6 months or can I do that during next 3 years?
3. What must be done in the first 6 months (company registration, bank account, National insuarence, police registration....)?
4. Income of the company, 5mill pounds means turnover or profit for the next 3 years?
5. Police registration (OVRO), shall I be registred also anywhere also (UKBA, HO...)?
6. Will any road violation (parking, speed...) damage extension of the visa?
Sorry if it is not right place to ask these questions, but I think answers will be helpful for everybody here.

-180 per calendar year.
-u can do anytime however must invest and create 2 jobs before ur extension application.
-6 months is maximum tym for registering company/business.
-turnover of 5m pound.
-ur record is always with ukba anyway. yes police registration if required.
-be aware of all penalties though these may not damage ur extension however be mindful of severity of any offence.

======================================
Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurs told us they needed to spend time
in the UK securing financial backing and making
business arrangements before reaching the point
where they would qualify for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur
visa. Therefore we will introduce a new Prospective
Entrepreneur visit visa outside of the Points-Based
system which will allow those who secure backing
to switch into a Tier 1 visa without leaving the
UK. Entrepreneurs also told us they wanted more
flexibility to work with a business partner on a
single project, to invest smaller sums in innovative
start-ups, more time to register their businesses
and, like investors, to have an accelerated route to
settlement and greater scope to spend time outside
the UK. We shall provide these opportunities
for successful entrepreneurs. For example an
entrepreneur may apply for settlement after 3
years, instead of after 5, where he has created 10
sustainable jobs or generated £5m turnover over
the 3 year period.========================================

please comments on following higlighted portion of the statement that either gnerated 10 sustaianable jobs or show 5 m turnover,, is this kind of giving choice to entrepreneur

Hi, I think to secure an opportunity to apply for ILR after 3 years the entrepreneur has to make 5mill pounds turnover OR creat 10 jobs. Not both just OR. That was the origin of my question about income and turnover/income.
