ECM Deadline 10/09/2013

ECM deadline is only few days away
The appeal office told me the courts are very busy and court dates are being set upto March next year

Anyone in the same position?

Not really in the same position but have seen a number of people (on this forum) get hearing dates that are months away. Note that some have managed to get a hearing date sooner. You'll need to put in an expedite request. Will need strong reasons for them to move the hearing date forward.
