SPOUSE VISA AND LENGTHY APPEAL PROCESS .. !

I applied for spouse and it got refused due to no tax certificate produced of my self employment (self employment was too new to submit any tax etc, before that I have been working as ft software eng) ..

Unfortunately I was made redundant 3 months prior to submitting my case ..

However luckily I got the Job again before I submit my notice of appeal ...

In which I sent my original job contract letter that stated my yearly salary (a lot more then 18600)

I also sent my 3 months wage slip and 3 months bank statement as an additional docs to support my appeal.

Embassey's last date to review my case has already gone past ...

I contacted my MP to chase it up for me, they replied to my MP that decision is made and sent to Tribunal and I should contact Tribunal.

When I contacted Tribunal they replied that they haven't heard anything back from the high commission... I relay this info to MP office and they are back on the case to get final verdict.

Do I have strong stance to potentially get my refusal over turned since I got my salaried employment back on ???
