6 years in UK, Do I qualify for ILR?

Hi,

I'm having difficulty understanding if my 5 years in UK are eligible to apply for an ILR. I'll greatly appreciate your help on this matter as I'm being constantly told by friends and colleagues that I should apply for an ILR because I qualify, I'm going through the UKBA site but am getting a bit confused. I hope some of you will be able to share your knowledge and experience. Here's a break down of my residence in UK (no breaks at all):

September 2007 - November 2008 (Student Visa) 1 Year
November 2008 - October 2010 (Tier 1 - Post study Work) 2 Years approx.
October 2010 - To date (Tiear 2 - General) 3 Years next month

So in total I'll just be hitting my 6th year in the country in a couple of days. Please let me know if I can apply for an ILR now. Thank you so much in advance!
